Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://a1visualsledwallrental.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental provides LED Wall Rental, Video Projector Rental and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify A1 Visuals LED WALL Rental from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
